About drop mules and error (Diablo 2)

Hello!
Today dragged first wig and was faced with the following trouble:
1. Smoke forum before the game, I realized that drops of one mule, but in real life I constantly drops all mules randomly and often. Is this normal?
2. Not only that, their drops, and often a couple of closed Windows with the following error as in the screenshot.
If there is a solution trouble, I will be grateful!
