The problem with the mouse , pressing keys on the keyboard

At some point I decided again to play shooters , has launched the COP but found that when you press a key the computer specifically starts to slow down and the mouse is almost immobilized . On the computer was still tucked varfeys , updating found the same problem .The mafia and the Witcher had no such problems(with 2 mice playing on a laptop)
