Can be stored on different slots? (Rebel Galaxy Outlaw)

In the game AutoSave, not only when departing from a planet or base ,and in space before the battle,or ambush, ran into an ambush of pirates ,can not fly to win too ,saving one,although slots a dozen,hence the question.
The game is very good.
