Bug with acami health (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

Was added to the Skyhold , began to move to other locations and notice that the cells became 3 instead of 10 or more when going back in the cell again, all only in skyhold, and it's not a texture bug tested with the enemies beat me and killed not more than usual. Help.
