Multiplayer (with a friend) (Far Cry)

Recently the incentive license for far cry 4. The game works as it should, but we cannot connect to each other, we can and we can to others and to each other there. When you try to connect, the following is written: failed to connect to session, try again later.
I have windows 8.1 it windows 10
Problems with hardware and no Internet.
Both have an internal dynamic IP (one ISP, different ip)
