Why cheats in the branch travel swing everything related to OS and not to worry about the LVL, there is in fact not really LVL + gives mainly to the skills emphasis. + you can always wear exosuit and stupid night to farm demons, and with the perk on the OS a long journey for a couple 3 hours to pump almost all the battle skills and commands.
