Can't go. The wheel turns to the right. (Final Fantasy 15)

At the beginning of Chapter 4,where Noctis gets behind the wheel,he turns right and it can't go.
That I do not understand how to solve the problem,loaded a save where the Chapter begins,even loaded a save,the ending of Chapter 3,trying to choose the Ignis,as a driver,but thanks to the script of the game,nothing happened.

Now the question is how to resolve this problem?

I also want to add,what else can't go in manual mode,the last Chapter(I decided to try manual mode,same garbage).
