Help! I mod on Afterbirth pirates (The Binding of Isaac)

I wanted to install a mod on the pirates. Unfortunately it only works on the basis of the Afterbirth, rather than the more suitable Afterbirth+. More specifically, I wanted to try All Items mod. After the only way to run the mod on not the +version, namely to throw files in the folder resourses that he has only one folder - rooms, the game started to freeze since the beginning of the game - just the standard pattern before the game and after that he's progressing, he just froze, like a game, and had to be shut down. Please help or at least offer ideas.
