The bug with the AWP (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

Already more than 6 times noticed the following bug: When shoots the enemy with the AWP (and kills), it turns out the inscription to kill you (the knife), although from a distance to kill with a knife is impossible. Who've seen this? I would like to know what is this bug.

a often after a shot with the AVP switches to knife/Zeus from here and this bug) just seems in your code when the game looks up what weapon was the enemy, he had already switch to a knife)
