Cards setting (Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars)

There is a problem associated with installing cards. All set to the correct folder.

After throwing the files in the folder start the game and first thing run to the battle/custom maps. But when clicking on custom maps, I have a list of maps is empty.
