The problem with the transfer save (Mass Effect 2)

I moved save. The character sees but when you click on move nothing happens. Though no matter how much najimi to transfer. Save after complete adventures.

Go to \Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 2\Save
Create a new folder there, name it and copy ME1 save there. Did?

I have the same thing,reinstalling the game did not help.Tried other characters to move,and still when you click Transfer, nothing happens.
