Does not work scrolling with a mouse in chrome

Hi. Today, chrome stopped working scrolling the mouse wheel down. Normally scrolls up or down in any way. Mouse А4tech-X7. In Explorer and Firefox everything works fine. But that's not all. I hooked up another cheap mouse and it is scrolling in chrome works in both directions. Has anyone encountered such? What could be the problem? How to treat?
