Slack mouse in games

Recently I began to notice problems such as sagging of the mouse in games. Such problems are noticeable after using Yandex Browser. Saves only the restart of the computer. In particular it is noticeable in PUBG and Fortnite (in other games everything seems fine). At the same FPS in these games above 60+ (in most cases from 80-110) and the load on the CPU/GPU reaches 100% (sometimes, but very rarely).
And before such was not, no matter what settings I didn't. Climb on the Internet I learned that many faced the same problem when I updated Windows 10 to Fall Creators Update (as I do).
Don't know what exactly is the cause of this problem, I would like to ask you what could be the problem.
Thanks in advance :3

In the system properties, in the advanced system settings in the Advanced Tab, Performance-settings, advanced, try to put to Optimize the performance of services running in the background.
I have such blunted with a mouse was when I set the priority of the application (game) in real time or the maximum.
This crap can slip under full CPU usage. If less demanding games this is not, then this is it.
Plug the mouse into a different port.

Thank you very much :DDD
Did as you said, restarted the computer, climbed on the browser, played, then climb again, etc until everything is exactly
