The problem with installing mods (Fallout 4)

Installed mods on the textures and models through the game in the list of modifications they are not.

Installed in Vortex
Mostly fall under the distribution of fashion related with textures and shaders.

If the model or texture with the name replaces the source file with the same name, then the no need to activate the mod in the load order. Activation is needed if the model or texture has been changed by the script which in the original game there.
That is, the Model and the texture replaces the source with the condition that the grid was not subject to change. Otherwise, without configuring it to defects. (Do not use Vortex and put everything manually).
