No sound in the game (Prototype 2)

Hello everybody. I recently installed the game but before starting issues (ERROR. File not found XAudio2. Please install dx9 from the disc or from the microsoft website. The game will run without sound!)

When try to install, says that already a newer version installed. What to do? I have all drivers updated...

Looked on torrents, no one have such problem
