Download another Repack or torrent to perekusyvaete what you have downloaded .may not resume, or downloaded with error.

It's probably just the antivirus that blocks extension

Alternatively, you download the Repack from normal repacker, not from Krivorukov petrila. Perhaps no admin rights or AntiVir it disables the filter.
