Help to open the chest (Assassin's Creed: Unity)

Hi all, how to get to this chest? He is at the bottom, I checked all the stairs nearby, nothing to it does not. Please help

Not near any well or can inlet much further? The plot is all over? And some chests in those buildings that are closed to the story quests. Try it with eagle eye to climb up on, maybe some sewer maze leads to it.
