Miniphase players don't change (FIFA 18)

Good day to all. 18 part faced with such a situation that from release day to this day despite the updates, miniface CSKA players don't change, from the Russian Premier League, Anzhi, Kazan, Spartak, Lokomotiv, Zenit miniphase almost all replaced by even those who not long ago joined the team for example Petkovic in Spartak, CSKA, the same old faces hanging. What determines such selective update? Is it possible somehow to fix? Thanks in advance!
