Need help, files are not downloaded Playground!

Initially everything was fine - used the Internet Explorer, then decided to try chrome, but immediately ceased to be loaded the file from the site playground.ru then switched to Mozilla, but there is no download going! click on the link and nothing happens! then switched back to Internet Explorer, but the download still does not go! what to do??
