Multiplayer steam (FlatOut 2)

the Lord wanted to ask two questions
1 does the multiplayer incentive in Il there the servers closed or something(not whisking)?
2 if it works then decides whether it is problems with the connection such as there are in Hamachi or anywhere else where you want to have white Ares or something like that
