Something wrong

Sometimes when I sit at the computer that I sit when others then everything is fine. Computer stops seeing hard Windows, even in BIOS it does not display, BUT if you removed and reinserted all the rules.What could be the problem? in railway ? in the motherboard ? in sathe ?
