Disable the antivirus or add the folder with the Repack in the list of exceptions. Maybe the antivirus has removed to quarantine the file, so the installation cannot continue.

I had a similar DNS on the laptop and while installing different games (a bunch of pumped Repack) - checked the RAM it turned out that of the three bars one is not working, (there were three 4GB) when I pulled it, all was normally installed. What the system booted and worked fine, only sometimes (very rarely) when you turn on gave a black screen at startup.

Most likely the antivirus has blocked some files from stolen by pirates game and now need to download the Repack again (click recalculate hash in torrent) and when downloading and installing AntiVir shut down.
