rgb_header on the motherboard

Hello, help to understand.

On the motherboard Asus x299 has 2 connectors one for rgb_header programmable tape and the other end as I understand it for the devices how to connect to this terminal 2 of the accessory connector if one? Will the adapter that is in the picture?
