The game crashes with a blue screen (Final Fantasy 15)

Hello friends, tell me - is such a disaster:
When playing, the graphics settings medium-low, drawdown fps rarely, but after 40 minutes, an hour and a half, while trying to load, quickly move to another location or scene when the scene is loaded, the laptop gives a blue screen and restarts. Annoying, tell me what's the problem? And how to solve?

Maybe it's the RAM,you can try a swap file to increase.

And what disk to increase the swap file? Where the game, or where the system is? And how much to add
