Patch 1.40.61.1020 (The Sims 4)
Something like that this time maganuco. Repeatedly the bugs are found, like disabling all actions are not playable characters (just stupidly standing around doing nothing, everything), the moodlet will crash, the action is always hanging in the list and not removed. This is not a problem, but often it happens that the action will hang in the list, and SIM it does not(I has happened in other patches). This is easily fixed: in game hold shift and click on SIM, whose action is frozen in the list, his action appears reset object(debug), press it - SIM once part of the action in the list too. I think savienotam the moodlet should help too.
