Bug with camera (Battlefield 4)

People help with this problem, already all rummaged have not found the answer.
A new PC two months took, decided to buy a license (purchased via origin), all set played fine on high, but at one point started stuff like this after a few seconds of the game , both in campaign and online.
Reinstalling the game again doesn't help, advised to disable the joystick, but damn it is a couple of years is not connected, I don't know what to do tell me advice.
PS Wood updated all the beam.

Oh lol, thanks for the video, neighing from the soul, must be wild when in the heat of battle begins to flatten xD

a bug because:
1. Connected devices (joysticks, pads, etc.)
2. Conflicts in the profile (most likely you have a second). Don't be afraid to remove because all the progress in the cloud is stored, will fly Ravza what the control settings, graphics, etc. is not scary.
