Not activated the dlc (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Welcome!Who can faced(faced)with the same problem:the INCENTIVE for all add-ons purchased and ACTIVATED but in the game (1.31) do not work.I would be grateful for any help)

On your screen (?) I see that the game defines them as purchased. Why did you decide that they are not working? Do not appear the quests on this DLC?

Just no, if was purchased, then wrote Set instead of now available.
