30 FPS on PC (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

Why if you put a 30 fps lock, this camera becomes unplayable on the gamepad, like jelly, and no drawdowns?

Also on consoles the game runs?

On my PC 30 fps and everything is clear and smoothly..
Apparently pirates curve or gland. So I recommend to play around with the settings, some give drawdown smooth

If you don't touch and put 60 fps, then everything is OK
