My advice to you. Find the installation file version 1.16.2 (on any third party website), install it and run. The cache will be downloaded independently from the running application.
Just be careful! After installing the application, open the Settings ➡ Applications ➡ Mortal Kombat X and see the version 1.16.2!!! If this version, then run and put the phone down ? closer to the source of Wi-Fi and plug-szu!
