Can't shoot through the RMB (aiming) (Fallout 4)

Guys, please help.
When you aim using the right mouse button the weapon doesn't shoot. What could be wrong?
The game was perestanavlivat already.
Can't find online a solution.

Try reinstalling the game, uninstalling the game, clean the registry, AppData. That is, to remove all traces of the Gazebo and Police. Saving to move to another place (from my games and AppData). Great app for removing programs is Revo Uninstaller. Not perfect, but good.

Mouse to check. In some bad patterns when you hold down one button the top of the case sags and blocks clicking other.
