Splitter DeepCool FAN HUB

There are 7 Carlson, you need to connect all connector to the CPU_FAN if I put 2 of these splitters from DeepCool at each other, you get exactly 7 slots for 7 fans. Here the question is, will they all work with varying speed depending on the heat of the processor if inserted at each other?

All 7 CPU fan, or what? Or other components (hard drives, motherboard, power supply) should normally be cooled only when the CPU is hot? the load on the track power cpu fan is 7 times higher -> local overheating -> microfractures in the motherboard -> help, computer not included.
