Wanted to buy a house in Whiterun.I go to Ivanichi and there is no dialogue with the home purchase!How to solve the problem?KIRILLTERNOVII
You need to find in a Windy peak tablet for Farengara and then another to kill the dragon - will be tan and will be able to buy the house from Venicci...
Option three:
1) have not completed the quest, to be able to buy a house;
2) you've bought (by accident) and forgot;
3) some mod messed up
Come in the main quest line, the purchase is only allowed after receiving the title of Thane.

Damn it! The bug is on the move... Try to complete a quest (or one of the endless quests to sweep random locations which he occasionally gives, or) girls from Kuznets (they need to bring him a sword), or apply it Resurrect...Current save before using the code... This cheat code which you can enter in console... Open the console by pressing the Tilde (it looks like the Russian letter E or~, located just below the Escape button)... Resurrect is a function of resurrection PS not the fact that will help with the line of dialogue but things in the inventory resurrect Persian as I remember it restores - I think maybe the missing dialogue reinstated)... Only need a mouse when you open the console click on on anything you want (in the name of Talos do not complain about this code in itself) apply code then enter it and jMaki button of Enter...
