Not working add-on fashion machines. (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Hi all, problem with GTA 5 on the pirates. Put fashion add-on, do everything as instructed, a bunch of videos reviewed, but the mods either don't work or coach buggy. After installation try to spawn the car, but simple native trainer says invalid model and the other coaches just have not spawned. Help too. Golden mountains do not promise, but ice cream money just glad I fold for the help.
