Advise normal build with mods (Fallout 4)

Most importantly do not put fashion type pure Sanctuary or delete all in build mode. They break the connection between groups of objects and the game begins to slow down (especially in large locations). And better to install via Nexus Mod Manager. Easier to install and manage.
