Freezes Steam games

So interesting problem I have: All steam games started to hang for 1-2 seconds - Inasti, CODE, DOG, marvel Ultimat. With БФ1, NSF, Forty, the FIFA no such problems.
Noticed it appeared after preloading ФФ15...
What could it be?
