ERROR STARTING (Paladins: Champions of the Realm)

Hey all, when I click to play, to boot, but then gives an error not allowing the game. Please help!

Hi, I crash dialog helped this advice: Click the gear icon in the launcher [Settings], remove a Daw with 64 bit and type in 1 line -dx9. And choose the English language client.

I had a similar error, solved the problem by removing the game and all files from it.
