Soulstone (Darksiders 2)

In the passing game happened to glitch, lost the second soul gem. The funny thing that, he was gone when I went to watch.

I had a similar problem. A stone is Karn, and I ran forward heavily, and when he reached me, the stone had not been. I then all the way to the stone checked out. It was not. Helped restart from the last checkpoint. I hope you will too.
