The screen flickers on 144 Hz monitor (Red Dead Redemption 2)

After one of the recent updates started to flicker the screen in the game, like the framerate in the game does not fit with that on the monitor. I put Lok on 35 fps, before was fine, and now this crap constantly, it helps to change gartsovku in settings back and forth, but not always fully helps, still some bugs remain graphical. Who is it, che did?? Hesitated in setting climb, and to change gartsovku.
