We download any VPN (TouchVPN as the easiest), choose any region of Europe in VPN. Start the game, it is updated (with a VPN without error), then restart. VPNs can be removed/off, the game will work quietly.

1. Updated battle.net to beta version.
2. Cut out weighty data files, and pasted them next to the game folder.
3. Removed the game through the battle.net launcher. I drove cleaning the pc.
