Reziarfg (Demon) (Diablo 2)

In Arreat Summit, there is a description of this demon:

It was once said that the Three did not always rule the darkness that beasts beyond thought swelled and slithered across the void. It is believed that some of these nightmares may still exist hidden deep with in the pitch of the abyss where even the darkness of the upper realms of hell seems like day. This is where Reziarfg lives.

From the description it follows that Reziarfg lives under Chaos Canctuary, or somewhere nearby. Has anyone tried to open a portal to the underworld? For example, to mix bodies to sticking out, but not in Harrogate, but in the COP ? Maybe someone sorted source D2, is there anything described.
