Has files add-ons for license Steam. How to activate them (Call of Duty: Black Ops)

Licensed BO 1 Steam. I want to open zombie maps (Ascension, Moon, etc.) for a single game without buying extras. In the folder with the game files themselves zombie maps from the DLS already. But the game in addition to the standard card sees nothing.
To work zombies maps DLC some files need or a console command?
Because three years ago I have been able to open alone all zombie maps. Like something typed in the console.
