The opening of the dynastic weapons. (Might and Magic: Heroes 6)

Haven't found a normal way to open a dynastic weapon? (about the 4th map of the Inferno know, but I stubbornly don't want to appear there are some)
May have to create a map where it is easier to do - where not everything is generated, but only the dynasty?
