The connection problem SkyProc of settings through Mod organiser (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

I could be wrong, but isn't executable should be Java.exe ( On the way C:\Program Files (x86)Java\...\bin\java.exe ). At least I have an executable ASIS exhibited it, and in other settings, Mod organiser-a ( to Start in and Parameters ) are exposed to the path .jar from the mod. PS the screenshots did not really show.

Isn't it easier to run Reqtificator from the folder itself? (not using Mod organiser)

Unfortunately with mod organizer is not rolling.
