The problem with logging in online (Grand Theft Auto 5)

So,I bought the game the incentive. in that year, played calmly and in a moment I go and makes you go,says confirm my email.....well I torment a month and have not decided this issue,demolished, GTA and everything connected with it,had fun,made new ACC in social club...confirmed the mail,I go...again same shit......what is this game and how to fight it? (once ordered a leveling GTA online,I think because of this, and I get blocked). how am I going to play ?
