Won't start (My Summer Car)

Guys, several times rebuilt my engine, put new parts into it, filled all the fluids, and nothing, first time start, no more. When trying to start the engine the sound of the thud of iron( the impression that the pistons beat) maybe a bug, XS, does anyone have other options?))
