In General, guys, recently this game has started to happen: run the game and from the system unit strange sounds emanate. As if something is trying to accelerate but cannot, while in the bundle hang for 2-3 seconds. If anything, I think it's not even dependent on what happens, because at the time of the explosions, this is not. And sometimes go into an empty room, so it begins. Sin either on the CPU or on the hard( disk With 500 MB of free space). But the same place it was before, but this problem started recently.

There is still a great and extensive program HWiNFO64, but I'll show you the drawdown. So best is not to use a PC to check or a multimeter (a simple Varick), in the service, or other PSU.

I'm not really rummage in computers, but I looked through the BIOS. And there the channel does not SAG and shows 12 volts. Who to believe then?

Still got the problem-it turns out the cooler from a video card do not spin. This is due to the PSU?

Most likely. If you believe the screenshots, you have a 12V off.

The basic settings are in the BIOS, and the basic parameters cannot be 12volt. Should be like this:

If not, then BP, in the absence of the UPS is a fairly common phenomenon. Or Mat.the fee that is much less common, but also happens.

It's just easy to explain. In the BIOS the computer is not under load. Because of the malfunction of the power supply sortovye methods are not corrected, I would buy a new PSU. If the old PSU out of warranty, you can try to contact the service. Or you could wait and do nothing when BP Lomas finally, take the rest of the iron.
