How to remove graininess? (Outlast)

How to clean up grainy images,but it is annoying like that. Maybe in the ini file config is,who knows unsubscribe.

Go here: Outlast\Engine\Config

There open the Notepad file ConsoleVariables.and after the ini section [Startups] get:
ImageGrain = 0.0

Thanks for the reply,tried it,not working.This is the poor effect,it is not clear why game developers are trying to stick it everywhere.

Follow the path: Documents\My Games\Outlast\OLGame\Config open the file OLSystemSettings.ini under [SystemSettings] find the line: DepthOfField=True and change True to False
