Brake cutscenes on any graphics settings (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

As soon as the cutscene starts, some strange brakes. If the picture is choppy moves. Outside the cut scenes, everything is fine. On the gtx 1050 ti 40-50 fps on medium - high no problem. In cutscenes the fps of 30-40, but these jerks or brakes, friezes, don't know what to call them. Maybe someone has a similar problem, who can knows how to fix. Tell me then - what to do?

At me such problems were not, however, met a couple of times in other games. I think the fact that in the first denovo (this is of course nothing to do) secondly, there is a chip in the cut-scenes are in game engine are reproduced, partly increased the graphics, the rendering of the face may have some effektiki the type of lights or the shadows. So how do you set a schedule so that during normal gameplay you have 40-50, ie just, fps and performance may deteriorate when these just will increase for cut scenes. My advice would be to disable a couple of resource-consumption items in the graphics settings.
