So now to change the language, you need to manually edit configuration files and Windows registry.

1) In the file [GamerProfile.xml] located in [My documents -> My Games -> Far Cry 4] (for pirates possible subfolders 3DM or RLD!) edit the line Language=English and SelectedLanguage=English.

2) In the folder [bin] installed game file [steam_api.ini] or [ALI213.ini] to edit the line Language=russian.

3) Create a registry file with this content:

For this you need to type the text in Notepad (symbol-to-symbol without error!) or copy from here, paste and save the file with any name and with extension .reg (instead of .txt). After that, run the file, and the request-alert Windows - allow to add entries to the registry.
