Cards for tuning performance (Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005))

I have a question: there are cards(chosen after bosses)on ALL parts of performance?
Or only some(engine,suspension, turbo,tires, and something else)?

No to ALL the details of such cards no because there only on certain parts, ie suspension, engine, brakes, transmission, nitrogen, tires, turbo and supercharger, especially the last 2 parts of a turbo and a supercharger, they are installed on different machines.
